10 days to return accessories/artwork/mirrors in same condition as when they left the store.
30 days to return stock fixture. Finishes may vary. Inline is not responsible for labor charges if dissatisfied with finish.
30 days to return non-stock fixture, 25% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers our shipping & handling charges back to the manufacturer.
No returns accepted if fixture has been hung and/or wires have been cut or if it was a display model in showroom. Fixture must be in original packaging.
Store credit is good for 1 year from date of return.
All fixtures have a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Some integrated LED fixtures have warranties beyond one year. If an item is defective, please notify Inline Lighting immediately and we will get you a replacement of that same item at no charge. Fixtures and fans are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but any labor costs incurred due to the defective item(s) are not covered under any warranty.
